From one of the most respected Premier Cru climats of Chablis, Vaillon is known for producing wines of generosity and finesse. Crafted by Lamblin & Fils, a historic family estate established in 1690, this Premier Cru Vaillon embodies the precision and purity of great Burgundy Chardonnay.
The vineyards of Vaillon benefit from ideal south-west exposure and Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in marine fossils. These conditions create wines with both ripe fruit expression and pronounced mineral backbone.
In the glass, the wine displays a luminous golden color. The nose reveals complex aromas of citrus zest, white peach, acacia blossom and subtle flinty notes. On the palate, it is structured and layered, combining vibrant acidity with depth and concentration. The finish is long, elegant and distinctly mineral.
Compared to classic Chablis, Premier Cru Vaillon offers greater intensity, texture and aging capacity, making it a superb gastronomic wine.
