With 30 years of experience, we have developed efficient and modern manufacturing techniques, while continuing to use traditional artisanal methods. Our machines have been custom-made to limit repetitive gestures and avoid waste. At the same time, some of our cheeses are still molded with a ladle and spoon. In all cases, the recipes for our cheeses are authentic and unchanged since 1990. Even when modernizing our premises in 2018, we were keen to maintain our authenticity.
