Produced by the historic Burgundian house Lamblin & Fils, established in 1690 in Chablis, Fleur d’Acacia is a distinctive cuvée that highlights both terroir and craftsmanship.
Made from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this Chablis undergoes partial aging in acacia wood barrels. Unlike traditional oak, acacia wood enhances the wine’s texture and aromatic complexity without overpowering its natural minerality.
In the glass, the wine reveals a brilliant golden hue. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers, acacia blossom, ripe citrus and subtle hints of honey and toasted almond. On the palate, it is dry yet round, structured yet elegant, with vibrant acidity balanced by delicate wood influence and a long mineral finish.
Fleur d’Acacia offers greater richness and aromatic depth than classic unoaked Chablis, while preserving freshness and finesse. It is a gastronomic white wine designed for refined cuisine and special occasions.
