Cooking tips:
Remove the tart from the plastic wrap.
In a cold oven, place the still-frozen quiche on a rack halfway up the oven.
Turn your oven on to the fan-assisted setting and heat the quiche for 22 to 24 minutes at 210°C (gas mark 7).
Your quiche is fully cooked when it is slightly puffed.
Adjust the heating time according to your oven.
In the fixed oven setting, heat your quiche for 24 to 26 minutes at 210°C (gas mark 7).
