Located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, at the northern gateway to the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Philippe Girard is a family estate deeply committed to producing wines that express purity, balance and terroir precision. The vineyards are planted on classic clay-limestone soils, the backbone of great Burgundy wines. These soils provide natural drainage while preserving enough moisture to allow slow, balanced ripening — essential for achieving concentration without excess.

Each parcel is managed individually to respect its microclimate, slope orientation and soil composition. This parcel-by-parcel approach ensures that every cuvée reflects its specific origin rather than a standardized house style.

Low yields are deliberately maintained to enhance aromatic intensity and structural depth, particularly for Pinot Noir, which thrives on precision and subtlety.
